Some types of Claims require legal counsel to process, such as Estate Claims (where the rightful owner is deceased).

Of the states that do not require legal counsel at the offset, if rightful ownership is called into question the government agency may move the claim to a judicial level... to let the courts decide to whom the money rightfully belongs.

In any instance, ClaimBridge will fully cover the cost of securing legal counsel and we do not deduct that cost from the clients portion of funds when payment is distributed.
