YOUR PURPOSE IS GREATER THAN YOUR FEAR

Anytime we (people) decide to do any new thing, many (if not most) are greeted with resistance, fear of change, discomfort with the unfamiliar and doubt in our abilities to attain it. Even in business (maybe especially in business) fear and doubt cause contention. While businesses can become these gigantic, larger than life entities, all of them start off small and seemingly insignificant. But, behind the curtain of every big idea, venture, and new business is a person (or group of people) who decided to set the thing in motion... and these people are like every other person in that they must contend with their greatest adversary: fear, doubt & contention. We are each our own greatest advocate and our own greatest critic, simultaneously. Because of this, we at ClaimBridge have decided that it is important to remind ourselves often of why we are here: our underlying purpose at ClaimBridge Solutions is to help people - people outside of our organization and people inside of our organization. We must keep this belief ahead of us at all times lest fear & doubt take hold: our purpose is greater than our fear. What is our greatest fear? Fear of Failure. Fear of Rejection. Fear of Fraud accusations. 


OUR BIGGEST CHALLENGE IS HELPING PEOPLE

Just Because our goal is to help people, doesn't mean that helping people is easy. It seems like helping others SHOULD BE EASY...but the truth is, in our purpose (uniting others with money they don't know exists as theirs) it is not easy. Our greatest contention is definitely fear and doubt... they (OUR CUSTOMERS) doubt that the money exists, they doubt that we are a real and genuine organization coming in the spirit of assistance, and they fear that we have arrived at their doorstep to take something from them, to scam them and to leave them barren. THESE FEARS ARE LEGITIMATE AND HEALTHY FEARS and we acknowledge and legitimize them because of the crazy world we live in today... it's hard to trust people. We too would be leery and skeptical of our message if given in reverse: we show up out of nowhere, speaking like the hosts of and Ed McMann show as we exclaim that we've FOUND MONEY that belongs to you that you never knew was yours- and we're here to give it to you, at no up-front costs to you... if you let us. WE GET IT! It sounds too good to be true and it sounds like every lesson our parents, family, friends and associates have warned us about since the beginning of time! What we offer, what we say exists, how we offer to get it to you... it sounds scammy! But it's not a scam. Everything about this is 100% authentic... so how do we overcome the fear and doubt of others? The simple answer is - to build trust over time through consistent effort, transparency and delivering results.


IT'S NOT YOU, ITS ME

The truth is that while we must contend with the fear and doubt of others, it's not just their fear and doubt we must contend with... we also must contend with fear, doubt and resistance that comes from within. It comes from the prospective employee's we want to hire to make calls to our customers notifying them of their money and our service... they doubt that they can convince our customers of the truth. They fear the rejection they will inevitably receive from customers - the hang ups, the anger and the insults from our customers who believe they are there to do harm. They fear the resistance soo much that some shy away from the position without even trying, despite our assurance that we will equip them the tools they need to be successful through training. Fear and doubt also comes from our sales team... not fully knowing if the money exists in its entirety because creditors may have already filed claims to government for their portion of funds (thereby depleting the available amount for our customer). Having to explain this nuance can be challenging because it seems like an excuse on the part of the company to not deliver as initially implied. It also comes from our outreach department who report contending with butterflies in the stomach before each call as they prepare for the worst case scenario in conversation but hope for the best.


OUR PURPOSE IS TO DELIVER

While fear and doubt are always present, powerful and taxing - we keep our motto ever close to remind, that: OUR PURPOSE IS GREATER THAN OUR FEAR and we have nothing to worry about... because our intentions are true, are proposal and proclamations are solid and the client's reward is too great not to pursue. Even though our customers don't know it, they are waiting for us to reach them... If we fail in this, their opportunity may vanish, to the government, to their creditor or to a family member who found out and believed enough to try. They are counting on us to dispel their fears and doubts, to remain transparent and true and to deliver on our promise... and deliver on our promise is exactly what we are purposed to do.
